3 TBSP FRESH MINCED GARLIC
1 STICK REAL BUTTER
OLIVE OIL

SNAP THE ENDS OFF OF GREEN BEANS BUT LEAVE WHOLE. BLANCH GREEN BEANS IN SALTED WATER UNTIL FORK TENDER. IT IS IMPORTANT NOT TO OVERCOOK. DRAIN GREEN BEANS AND SET ASIDE. IN A SKILLET HEAT OIL AND MELT BUTTER ADD A GENEROUS AMOUNT OF MINCED GARLIC. ADD GREEN BEANS TO SKILLET AND TOSS UNTIL COATED.
